At IABAI, I had the privilege of aligning the design team’s vision with the company's goals through collaboration with various stakeholders. I Lead major design projects, spearheaded user research initiatives  and played a key role in strategic design decisions. Despite facing challenges such as balancing stakeholder needs and managing tight deadlines I drove 15% increase in user engagement through research-backed design improvements. This  experience taught me valuable lessons in empathy, storytelling, and resilience. Reflecting on this journey, I am proud of the work accomplished and the significant impact made on both the team and the users.

At Reaprite, my role was pivotal in redesigning both the web and mobile applications. I was tasked with enhancing the user experience, and I led the redesign project from conceptualization to implementation. I focused on simplifying the user journey, improving navigation, and creating a cohesive visual design that aligned with Reaprite's brand identity. The redesign increased mobile app user retention by 20% and a reduced user onboarding time from 8 minutes to 3 minutes. The new designs not only enhanced aesthetic appeal but also boosted functionality, making it easier for users to manage their savings and investments.
